Bordeaux supérieur

Dark, sappy, rich in tannins, flavors of black fruits

Petit Verdot, an ancestral grape variety, particularly appreciated on our Ambès peninsula, has made Bordeaux wines so famous since the 17th century. We reintroduced it to the domain in 1998.
Accompanied by all our care during the season, the grapes are harvested manually at the end of October.

The vinification is soft and short, the maceration period does not exceed ten days, for a black wine, sappy, rich in tannins, with flavors of fruits and wild flowers.

The wine is spent in new barrels, where it carries out its malolactic fermentation, which it will not leave for 18 to 24 months. The wine is bottled and then stored under ideal temperature conditions (between 15 and 17 ° C).
